Anna studied Psychology at the University of Warwick, graduating with a BSc (Hons), and completed her PGCE in Primary Education at Warwick's Institute of Education. Once qualified, she first taught in London before relocating to Bristol. In 2017, she started her international teaching journey in the Philippines where she taught and led Year 6 in the leading British school. She then moved to a new campus ofan established British International school in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where she taught Year 6 before becoming deputy head with academic and pastoral responsibilities for Key Stage 2. The development of both teachers and curriculum is an area of interest, and Anna is excited to have joined Durham International School at a time of growth.
