A passionate educator, Andrea brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in Primary and Preparatory education. She served for 11 years as Headteacher of the Junior School and Kindergarten at Campbell College Belfast, one of Northern Ireland's leading HMC day and boarding schools.

Andrea holds a Master of Education in Primary Leadership and Management from Queen's University Belfast, together with the Professional Qualification for Headship (PQH) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). Throughout her career, she has championed values-led education, creative curriculum design and whole-school improvement, creating joyful, inclusive school communities where children flourish academically, socially and personally.

Driven by the belief that childhood is a precious time of curiosity, discovery and growth, Andrea is committed to nurturing, inspiring and empowering every child to be the best they can be.
