Sue, a passionate educator and leader with extensive expertise in Early Years and Primary Education, is the Founding Headteacher of Durham International School Kenya. She holds a Master’s degree in Inclusive Education from Middlesex University, a PGCE from the University of Sunderland, and a postgraduate diploma in Special Educational Needs from the University of York. Sue has served as a teacher, Department Head, and Headteacher in British International Schools across Zambia, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kenya, and the UK. In the UK, she has held leadership roles at Millfield School in Somerset and Feltonfleet School in Surrey. For the past 13 years, Sue has worked at premium schools in Nairobi, gaining a profound understanding of primary education and the expectations of families in the region.
