With over 25 years of experience, Kathy has held key roles on the Senior Leadership teams of prestigious HMC independent day and boarding schools, including Shrewsbury School and Stowe School. In 2016, she founded Pair Education, a consultancy offering strategic guidance to independent schools in the UK, Switzerland, and Asia. Her contributions include the development and delivery of a diploma course in Admissions Management, tailored for both UK-based schools and renowned global school groups. Recently, Kathy’s consultancy work in Kenya has deepened her understanding of the unique needs and preferences of families in and around Nairobi, further broadening her expertise in the global education sector.
